Kate Donato
Kate is a Managing Partner at Hire Point Recruiting. Her approach to developing relationships with her clients and candidates has been influenced by her experience while working with recruiters as an accounting professional. Whether speaking to a first-time candidate or assisting a client with a critical business need, Kate’s primary goal is always establishing a long-term relationship and helping both parties involved achieve the best fit possible.
She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance practice, primarily serving clients in the pharmaceutical and CPG sectors. She later joined a mid-cap insurance company in their SEC reporting group. As an accountant, she quickly realized that her strengths and interests were more suited for a people-intensive environment.
Anthony Carrea
Anthony is a Managing Partner at Hire Point Recruiting who is passionate and dedicated to his craft. Spending three years at J.P. Morgan, he learned how to succeed in a fast-paced environment while gaining an understanding of how a multinational investment bank operates.
He transitioned to recruiting to pursue his passion for helping people and knew his communication and entrepreneurial mindset could help him excel. He prides himself on building long-term relationships with his clients and candidates, so he can understand their needs and be a trusted resource. He finds every aspect of recruiting interesting and challenging, which helps him deliver quality service to his clients.
